🎯 What You'll Do

• Procure freight carriers and develop relationships with carriers.
• Negotiate loads for customers and analyze market conditions.
• Maintain service performance and update tracking boards.
• Build internal relationships with Business Development team.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a Carrier Sales or Brokering role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with CRM software.
• Previous third-party logistics experience.
• Local market knowledge of Phoenix area.
