Description

You will lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of fund-level financing transactions for private equity and real estate strategies, collaborating with investment teams and managing lender relationships. You'll also monitor market trends and contribute to best practices within the Capital Markets function.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in capital markets, fund finance, structured finance, private credit, investment banking or related role with exposure to private equity and/or real estate financing
• Strong knowledge of fund finance structures: subscription facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, CFO, portfolio-level leverage solutions
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex transactions with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills including fund-level cash flow and leverage impact analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional designation a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of fund-level and asset-level financing transactions for Private Equity and Real Estate strategies
• Partner with investment teams, portfolio managers, legal, tax, treasury, and operations to align financing structures
• Manage ongoing oversight including amendments, extensions, refinancings, covenant compliance, and lender reporting
• Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and evolving fund finance structures to improve financing efficiency
• Prepare and present materials for internal committees, senior management, and external counterparties
