💼 About This Role

You'll own physical verification of integrated electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring ruggedness for operational environments. You'll bridge design and systems by configuring hardware, instrumenting tests, and troubleshooting failures. This role reports directly to the Team Lead of the System Verification & Validation team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform end-to-end readiness of DUT from mechanical assembly to electrical configuration.
• Create and execute test plans per MIL-STD-810 and NATO STANAG standards.
• Perform root-cause analysis on structural/mechanical failures or electrical degradation.
• Interpret sensor data and translate results into feedback for R&D teams.

📋 Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Engineering with focus on Mechanics or Electromechanics.
• 3–5 years in V&V or Test Engineering with integrated hardware-software systems.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply MIL-STD-810, NATO STANAG, and CE standards.
• Strong skills in physical assembly, instrumentation, and root cause analysis.
