You'll coordinate all aspects of production for cutting-edge defense technology, ensuring timely delivery of parts through the production flow. You'll support cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory to maintain clean data and meet demand schedules. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and track parts through production flow for timely delivery.
• Coordinate physical movement of parts across work centers.
• Ensure MRP/ERP/MES data accuracy and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Develop reports and communicate part status to leadership weekly.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment.
• 2+ years supporting administrative processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems (Netsuite, Oracle, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years handling parts in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
• APICS certification or Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
