Description

You will perform full-cycle recruitment for skilled-level positions across Carvana's Operations teams, including Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection Centers, Market Operations, and ADESA Auctions. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, advise hiring managers on hiring strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring experience. This role is on-site in Tempe, AZ.

Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience with ATS like Greenhouse or Tenstreet
• Ability to work with hiring managers and adapt sourcing strategies
• Operate with urgency and accuracy in fast-paced environment
• Multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via social media, Indeed, and Carvana website
• Conduct in-depth phone screenings and interviews
• Perform talent, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments
• Manage candidate expectations through background check process
• Develop relationships with hiring leaders and advise on hiring strategies
