💼 About This Role

You'll lead Stuut's Private Equity Partnerships, connecting our AI-powered AR platform with PE firms to drive adoption. You'll work across mid-market and mega-fund firms, sitting at the intersection of PE, AI, and enterprise value creation. You'll help scale Stuut's PE partnership motion from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with PE operating partners and investment teams
• Lead executive briefings and portfolio learning sessions
• Structure and negotiate PE partnership agreements
• Run QBRs and pipeline reviews to advance opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or consulting
• Experience with technology partnerships involving PE sponsors
• Understanding of fund structures and value creation playbooks
• Strong commercial skills including pricing and term sheets
