You'll oversee on-stage production and direct the stage crew for events at Mountain Winery. You'll call show cues and ensure systems like lighting and sound function properly. Your work directly impacts the safety and quality of experiences for artists and patrons.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee on-stage production and communicate changes to other departments
• Call show cues for audio and lighting as needed
• Ensure stage crew maintains stage and work area for events
• Oversee load in and load out of multiple artist productions

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years related work experience
• Knowledge of OSHA/ADA laws and regulations
• Exceptional management or leadership background with demonstrated success in team building

• BA/BS Degree
• Experience in live event production
