• Lead and coach Territory Managers through in-field coaching and sales training
• Own regional revenue by driving new sales and account expansion
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene, pipeline reviews, and forecasting accuracy

• Experience leading field sales reps in high-growth environments
• Hands-on, field-first mindset with majority of time on the road
