You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will drive measurable business impact across various processes and industries, blending deep process and industry expertise with strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Experience in analytical role demonstrating value through data analysis and process improvement
• Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, IT/management consulting, or with a SaaS provider
• Domain expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain
• Knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), RPA, BI tools, Python, SQL, AI
• Project management and executive stakeholder management experience

Responsibilities

• Translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Build business cases and demos to win new customers
• Facilitate value workshops and identify process improvement opportunities
• Communicate value opportunity and roadmap to C-level executives
• Manage end-to-end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adoption, renewing
