You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to help adults with severe and persistent mental illness achieve their functional goals. Your work will directly improve clients' independence and quality of life through person-centered interventions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate clients to identify functional goals and interventions
• Support staff in addressing client needs and providing daily interventions
• Provide training and guidance to promote client independence
• Collaborate with team and external providers on assessments and treatment plans

📋 Requirements

• Current OTR/L license from Massachusetts
• Experience working with adults with mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred
