💼 About This Role

You'll own civil engineering workstreams across Fluidstack's multi-site data center portfolio from site screening through construction completion. You'll manage external consultants and drive technical alignment across project teams. This is an owner/developer role for hyperscale campuses defining the future of AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead civil due diligence for greenfield and conversion sites
• Develop and maintain civil basis of design and standards
• Manage external civil consultants from schematic through IFC
• Lead civil permitting strategy across jurisdictions

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years civil engineering experience on large-scale site development
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or active pursuit within 12 months
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Hyperscale data center or large-scale industrial experience
• Familiarity with FM Global site civil requirements
• Geotechnical evaluation coordination and interpretation
