💼 About This Role

You'll define and lead Lodgify's generative engine optimization function, owning the channel end-to-end. You'll set strategy, secure resources, and integrate GEO as a core pillar of the go-to-market motion, working across Product, Sales, and Marketing. This role offers the chance to shape organic visibility in the age of AI search and drive brand authority across all generative surfaces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead GEO strategy as a core acquisition channel
• Set channel OKRs and present performance to executive team
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product roadmap for GEO discoverability
• Create AI-enabled automation workflows for content production and optimization

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or AI search optimization
• 3+ years in a leadership or channel-ownership role
• Proven track record with GEO, programmatic SEO, or AI-enabled content workflows
• Deep expertise in how LLMs retrieve, chunk, and cite content

• Hands-on expertise in structured data or AI-agent access protocols
• Experience shipping AI-driven tools or content automation workflows
• Prior Head, Director, or VP-level role with P&L accountability
