You'll serve as a trusted advisor to top customers, driving adoption and expansion of Cato's SASE platform. Your core impact is ensuring customers realize full value from deployment through renewal. This role at a hyper-growth cybersecurity leader offers the chance to shape customer success at the forefront of cloud networking and security.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage health of assigned accounts to drive retention and growth
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams
- Own post-sales motion including QBRs and adoption assessments
- Drive renewals and upsells
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success at a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company
- Experience in commercial negotiations and technical escalations
- Experience with networking or security software solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with networking domains like routing, SD-WAN, firewalls
- Familiarity with cloud security technologies (CASB, DLP, IAM)
