You'll own carrier performance and relationships across the UK and European network, working with partners like DHL Express and Royal Mail. • Own strategic and operational carrier relationships across European portfolio

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years in parcel, logistics, or carrier-management environments
• Strong experience with UK/EU parcel networks
• Direct exposure to performance management and carrier review
• Ability to combine operational judgement with commercial credibility

• Knowledge of European parcel carrier landscape
