📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years UX design experience
• Advanced content design skills: plain language, inclusive content, content strategy
• Advanced UX process and craft skills
• Experience tackling undefined, complex challenges with strategic mindset

• Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
