💼 About This Role

You'll develop, integrate, and execute constructive simulations for MCTP exercises, building scenarios and configuring forces in the JLCCTC (WARSIM) federation. You'll troubleshoot and capture results for after-action reviews. This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare simulation databases and coordinate data flows across EXCON tools.
• Operate and monitor simulations during execution (WARSIM/JLCCTC).
• Support OPFOR and training audience replication with constructive effects.
• Collect and visualize data to support after-action reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 3-5+ years in Modeling & Simulation or military analyst background.
• Hands-on experience with WARSIM, OneSAF, or JCATS constructive sims.
• Strong Excel/data skills; ability to learn JEMM/CPCE tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior MCTP/NTC/JRTC exercise support experience.
• Scripting, SQL, or Python for data handling and GIS/terrain tools.
• Familiarity with Army/Joint doctrine and WfF integration.
