Description

You will own the execution system that keeps Kargo's Engineering and Product Development teams shipping on time and in sync, from sprint planning through post-release follow-up. You will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to front-end and technical initiatives, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and blockers are caught proactively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years project management experience inside software engineering teams
• Strong command of Agile methodology and SDLC; hands-on Jira proficiency
• Proven ability to manage concurrent workstreams and drive sprint commitments end-to-end
• Ability to identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks
• Preferred background in ad tech or high-throughput technical environment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sprint boards, roadmap timelines, and release calendars as single source of truth
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, capacity constraints, and risks proactively
• Drive Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) to produce real outcomes
• Establish consistent release readiness workflow and communicate scope changes early
• Capture post-release learnings and continuously improve delivery processes
