🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach managers on talent assessments and development
• Guide employees through performance reviews and promotions
• Integrate AI tools into people operations
• Drive DEI initiatives and programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 8+ years progressive HR experience as HRBP
• Experience implementing AI initiatives in HR
• Knowledge of local, state, federal policy

✨ Nice to Have

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Experience in the space industry
• Change management experience
