💼 About This Role

You'll lead the presales organization at Sanity, helping prospects adopt its AI-powered content operating system. Your focus is on improving technical win rates and pipeline conversion through coaching and process design. This role is deeply cross-functional, partnering with Sales, Product, R&D, and Marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead presales strategy and jump into high-impact opportunities from discovery through close.
  • Coach the team on running tight, value-oriented technical cycles.
  • Define and refine core presales motions: discovery, tailored demos, POVs, security reviews.
  • Own the presales toolkit: demo environments, technical collateral, evaluation guides, playbooks.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience leading Solutions Engineering / Presales teams in B2B SaaS, ideally with developer-facing products.
  • Strong technical foundation comfortable with APIs, data models, front-end frameworks, integrations, modern architecture.
  • Experience using AI-based tools to accelerate customer discovery and POV/POC creation.
  • Track record of improving revenue outcomes through coaching, process design, and hands-on deal leadership.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling composable, headless, or structured content platforms (CMSs).
  • Familiarity with content workflows, editorial tooling, or digital experience stacks.
  • Experience influencing product direction through customer insight and presales learnings.
