You'll help grow a marketplace for on-demand healthcare shifts used by over 60,000 professionals. This role offers pathways to leadership in a fast-growing Series C company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve shift, payment, and platform issues via chat, voice, and email.
  • Navigate Zendesk and Salesforce to investigate and document cases.
  • Apply judgment to troubleshoot and adapt workflows as needed.
  • Monitor trends and flag recurring issues or process gaps.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience via chat or voice.
  • 2+ years using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • 2+ years using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) at work.
  • Fluent professional-level English (spoken and written).
