💼 About This Role

You'll architect and implement mission-critical Teamcenter customizations and integrations on the ArsenalOS PLM team. Your work will enable engineering teams to design, manage, and deliver complex hardware products at scale, turning the build chain into a continuous learning system. This is a greenfield role building next-gen Engineering Backbone from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace customizations for ArsenalOS PLM
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, CAD
• Design scalable data models and workflow solutions minimizing upgrade friction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, product, and manufacturing teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development with ITK, BMIDE, SOA, AWC
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#
• U.S. Person status required for export controlled data

✨ Nice to Have

• Teamcenter upgrades/migrations (14.x → 2506/25.x) and cloud deployment
• CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks) or other PLM platforms
• Experience in startup-like or aerospace/defense manufacturing environments
