You'll work cross-functionally to optimize cable harness manufacturing processes and ensure IPC/WHMA-A-620 compliance. You'll oversee first builds and testing to guarantee product reliability from start to finish.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate cross-functionally to define project requirements and specifications
• Generate engineering drawings using Autodesk Inventor and Office Suite
• Oversee first build and testing of cable harness systems
• Manage parts entry into ERP system, preferably Epicor

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical or cable harness design/manufacturing
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D modeling
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
