🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain BI dashboards for business metrics.
• Analyze chatbot performance and conversational flows.
• Translate conversational analytics into actionable insights with teams.
• Automate recurring reporting tasks and data workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in BI and analytics solutions.
• Experience with generative BI platforms (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Tableau Pulse).
• Proven expertise in chatbot analytics and conversational optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NLP/NLU systems.
• Experience with customer experience analytics.
• Background in AI explainability.
