💼 About This Role

You'll lead regulatory compliance frameworks for a fast-growing global payments organization in Canada, ensuring adherence to FINTRAC and Bank of Canada requirements. Your work will directly support the launch and scaling of fintech products while maintaining strong regulatory controls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor Canadian regulatory developments for payments and fintech.
• Lead design and improvement of AML/CTF compliance programs.
• Manage regulatory reporting, including EFTR and STR filings.
• Act as primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and partners.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in compliance, AML/CTF, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian financial regulations including FINTRAC.
• Experience in payments, banking, or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory reporting and audits.

• Familiarity with global payments systems.
