💼 About This Role

You'll lead visual merchandising strategy for an ALO store in Southpark, Charlotte. Your core impact is ensuring the store is customer-ready through product presentation and team leadership. This role blends creativity with data-driven decisions in a premium yoga-lifestyle brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee visual execution and product placement using business data
• Lead and develop a team of visual associates
• Plan and manage visual floor changes within budget and timeline
• Collaborate with store management to achieve sales floor KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
• Open availability including weekends and holiday blackout period
