You'll ensure high availability of SaaS environments by monitoring and managing infrastructure with tools like Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus. Your core impact is maintaining maximum uptime and responding to incidents in a fast-paced 24/7 operations team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor infrastructure and applications using Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Sumo Logic, and CloudWatch
• Respond to alerts, triage incidents, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and network components
• Execute system health checks, patching, backups, and disaster recovery using AWS tools
• Maintain SOPs, participate in change management, and document incidents in ticketing systems

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in NOC, Cloud Operations, or Network Support
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, or Prometheus
