Description

In this role, you will ensure smooth yard operations by coordinating and executing logistical tasks, working closely with other departments to maintain efficiency and quality standards. The position is initially limited to 24 months with the possibility of permanent extension.

Requirements

• Good understanding of workflows in a production environment, ideally from warehouse or yard experience
• Familiarity with maneuvering vehicles and trailers, preferably with a class C/CE driver's license
• Negotiation-level German skills (at least B2 level)
• Basic experience with MS Office
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control incoming/outgoing trucks, trailers, and shipments at the dock and yard
• Early detection and reporting of disruptions to relevant departments
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, food safety, and occupational health guidelines
• Proactively suggest process improvements for health and safety
• Foster a positive work environment to enhance productivity, teamwork, and engagement
