• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances
• Resolve customer invoice problems with sales and service team
• Conduct research to resolve payment issues and disputes
• Compile data and build month end reports

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Associate degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
