💼 About This Role

You'll define how Cartesia shows up in the world, shaping launches and driving adoption for our AI platform. You'll own product launches and translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for developers and enterprises. This role offers the chance to build product marketing from scratch at a top AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and run product launches, ensuring clarity on new features
• Translate technical features into value propositions for developers and enterprises
• Drive product adoption through onboarding, in-product messaging, and user education
• Create collateral: website copy, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in product marketing or related function at a high-growth tech company
• Exceptional writing and narrative skills (portfolio required)
• Strong product intuition, able to engage deeply with technical architecture
• High autonomy and bias toward shipping in a fast-moving environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building competitive intelligence systems or launch playbooks from scratch
• Background at a company known for exceptional brand narrative (Stripe, Linear, Figma, Vercel)
• Experience marketing developer-facing or generative AI products
