You'll engage individuals with serious mental illness in Allen County, building trusting relationships and connecting them to community resources. Your coaching will help members achieve personal recovery goals while coordinating with clinicians and specialists. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage and build trust with members in the community
• Achieve daily member enrollment and engagement targets
• Help members create and track personal action plans
• Provide physical health coaching after training

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with serious mental illness in community settings
• Experience in Maricopa County communities
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Spanish fluency
• Certified Peer Specialist Training
• Experience with substance abuse disorders
