As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance via phone, email, or chat. You'll diagnose and troubleshoot issues remotely, document incidents in ServiceNow, and route them to the appropriate team. This role is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction and supporting diverse technology platforms.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • IT Call Center experience preferred
  • Handle call volume of up to 30 calls per day
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, iOS management, and video conferencing (Cisco WebEx, MS Teams)

Responsibilities
