You'll lead IT and cybersecurity strategy for an AI-native healthcare company, replacing legacy systems with modern infrastructure. You'll establish foundational security practices in a scaling business while ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2). This role offers the opportunity to build enterprise-grade resilience from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute IT and security strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and hardware
• Manage IT team, helpdesk, system administration, and software management
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response planning

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years leading IT and security teams in regulated industries
• Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure platforms
• Proven success scaling IT and security from ground up in high-growth environment
• Achieved certifications like HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, ISO 27001

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior startup experience in healthtech or fintech
• Experience as first/sole IT team member in a startup
• Experience with Zscaler, Okta, FileWave, Freshworks, SentinelOne
