🎯 What You'll Do

• Identifying and closing loyalty partnership agreements with payment infrastructure integration.
• Owning loyalty project lifecycle from negotiation through go-live and optimization.
• Designing loyalty flow mechanics including points issuance, redemption, and exchange.
• Acting as commercial liaison between loyalty partners, product, and technical teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in customer loyalty programs and fintech.
• Proven experience managing senior-level relationships across regional markets.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with multi-country agreement track record.
• Solid understanding of loyalty program mechanics, billing, and financial models.
