You'll establish institutional-grade financial infrastructure, drive GAAP discipline across multi-entity operations in the U.S., U.K., and India, and own the ERP transition from QuickBooks to a modern system. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct monthly and quarterly close process across U.S., U.K., and India
• Lead ERP transition from QuickBooks to Rillet or Campfire
• Oversee consolidated U.S. GAAP reporting for three entities
• Own annual audit process and tax compliance

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience (Big 4 plus growth-stage SaaS or tech)
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• Proven success leading an ERP implementation
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and international subsidiaries
