🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop telecom solution proposals.
• Lead customer-facing technical discussions and workshops.
• Support full customer engagement lifecycle from pre-sales to implementation.
• Identify upsell opportunities and maintain long-term customer relationships.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing telecom BSS/OSS solutions.
• Strong understanding of telecom architectures and emerging technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing solution architecture or consulting roles.
• Background in software development, systems integration, or program management.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
