💼 About This Role

You'll develop and enforce the Quality Management Plan for mechanical and process piping systems on a large high-tech construction project. You'll lead documentation control and compliance oversight across contractors and quality teams. This role focuses on quality program development rather than field inspection.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the Mechanical QA/QC Plan for all applicable systems.
• Define inspection hold points, submittal protocols, and turnover documentation standards.
• Oversee implementation and enforcement of the Quality Plan across subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain organized QA/QC documentation structure for traceability.
• Review contractor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for completeness and alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of QA/QC experience in mechanical and process piping systems.
• In-depth knowledge of high-purity mechanical systems and HVAC systems.
• Proven experience setting up quality documentation system for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with codes and standards like ASME B31.3, SMACNA, AWS D18.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
• CWI or Mechanical QA/QC certification strongly preferred.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
