🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build consumer-facing Virtual Agents using Vonage AI's no-code Studio
• Solve customer communication challenges with voice and text conversational interfaces
• Write and refine conversation scripts reflecting each customer's brand voice
• Develop prototypes, mockups, and conversation flows

📋 Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work in fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with human–machine interaction principles
• Experience publishing at least one Virtual Agent
• Prior experience in conversation design
