💼 About This Role

You'll lead delivery and execution across mobile squads, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and business. You'll translate strategy into execution, ensuring alignment, smooth coordination, and high-quality delivery of features and apps. This role stands out for its impact on scaling a platform with over 160 custom apps and initiatives like a UI revamp and KMP migration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate delivery across mobile squads (2 feature, 1 technical).
• Manage roadmap arbitration and balance priorities across product streams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination needs.
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders on timelines and expectations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Project or Program Management.
• Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycle (iOS/Android).
• Experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams or technical projects.
• Fluent English; B2 French or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in mobile engineering or development.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Developer Experience.
• Familiarity with Kotlin MultiPlatform (KMP).
