Description

As an AI Research Scientist Intern at RoboForce, you will conduct research and develop advanced Embodied AI methods for robotic perception, reasoning, and control, focusing on world models, Vision-Language-Action models, and reinforcement learning. You will collaborate with a research-driven team to design and execute large-scale experiments, evaluate new methods on real-world tasks, and contribute to publications at top-tier conferences.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a PhD in CS, Robotics, ML, or related field
• Strong research background in Embodied AI, robot learning, or foundation models
• Hands-on experience with world models, VLA models, post-training, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• 5 days/week in-office collaboration required

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on world models, VLA models, post-training, and reinforcement learning for robotics
• Design and execute large-scale experiments to advance robot learning capabilities
• Collaborate with robotics, hardware, and infrastructure teams to deploy research on real robots
• Evaluate new methods on real-world and benchmark tasks
• Contribute to technical reports and publications at leading conferences
