You'll design intuitive experiences for business identity verification in regulated industries, owning the end-to-end process from discovery to delivery. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to balance customer needs with business and technical constraints. This role offers the chance to shape the design system at a YC-backed fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product and Engineering on problem exploration and solution delivery
• Own end-to-end design from discovery to launch
• Translate complex data challenges into simple user experiences
• Evolve design system and visual language for consistency

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience for B2B products
• Portfolio showing complex problems turned into intuitive solutions
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Proficiency in Figma including prototyping and design systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Comfortable with ReactJS and contributing design changes independently
• Experience with AI generative tools and prompt design
• Bonus skills in illustration, branding, or motion design
