You'll lead consultative engagements that shape security protocols for clients, applying expertise in cybersecurity frameworks to advise on compliance. Your influence will extend to developing robust documentation and implementing best practices in IT security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead IT system security consultation within CMMC, NIST, and other frameworks
• Conduct gap analyses, workshops, and advisory consulting projects independently
• Develop System Security Plans and supporting documentation for clients
• Mentor team members on audit preparation and technical reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in government compliance (CMMC, FISMA, FedRAMP)
• Strong familiarity with NIST Special Publications 800-series
• Experience with risk management frameworks and security assessments
• CMMC certifications (CCP, CCA, or Lead CCA) required
