Description

As a Client Partner at Kicksaw, you will own strategic accounts by systematizing the sales engine through trusted Salesforce relationships and high-quality deal execution. You'll act as a bridge between Salesforce AEs, client executives, and internal delivery teams, ensuring alignment from first conversation through close.

Requirements

  • Senior, client-facing experience in Salesforce consulting or similar industry
  • Strong conceptual understanding of Salesforce platforms
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions with architects and engineers
  • Experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to balance consultative selling with disciplined deal progression

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with Salesforce AEs, SEs, RVPs, and regional leadership
  • Own strategic accounts from first conversation through close and into delivery readiness
  • Lead structured discovery to clarify business goals, constraints, risks, and success criteria
  • Partner with Delivery to shape realistic scopes, assumptions, and phased plans
  • Ensure Kicksaw enters deals early and correctly through early engagement and proper registration
