Ecological Solutions Manager

Description

You will sell advisory services, construction, and design-build projects for compensatory mitigation, water quality, ecological restoration, and resilience. You'll prospect clients, develop a sales pipeline, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to position RES as a strategic advisor.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrology, Engineering, Agricultural Science, or similar Science
  • 3+ years Regulatory or Environmental consulting as a seller-doer
  • Existing relationships with public agencies, regulators, private developers, etc.
  • Advanced understanding of environmental regulations (CWA 404/402/401, NWP/IP, NPDES, ESA)
  • Understanding of restoration design principles and technical information

Responsibilities

  • Achieve an annual sales target to support strategic growth
  • Prospect and develop a sales pipeline of 4x to goal
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the sales process
  • Position RES as a strategic advisor on client issues
  • Attend/speak at conferences and identify leadership roles for brand awareness
