🎯 What You'll Do

• Build partnerships with leadership and serve as conduit to People Team

• Consult on talent planning, org design, retention, and change management
• Coach managers to lead through change and improve employee engagement

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience
• Experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Solutions-oriented with analytical approach to problem-solving
• Understanding of state and federal labor relations laws
