You'll blend operational excellence with food & beverage preparation to ensure accurate, high-quality orders every time. You'll prepare handcrafted Starbucks beverages and manage inventory to support smooth behind-the-scenes operations. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare quality Starbucks beverages and food menu items following recipes
• Receive, unpack, and replenish product deliveries; confirm inventory accuracy
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and precision
• Maintain organization and cleanliness across kitchen, café, and facility spaces

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and multi-step processes
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 49 lbs during shifts
• Available for flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
