You'll join a cross-functional team building tools, APIs, and integrations for Remote's HR and Payroll products. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of major team-scoped projects.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products.
• Provide feedback on code reviews and debug issues.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers.

📋 Requirements

• Professional experience shipping production systems that are secure and scalable.
• Practical experience designing agentic/automation workflows.
• Experience with Postgres (or similar database).
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Elixir, Erlang, Scala, or similar functional languages.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with AWS and modern frontend frameworks.
