💼 About This Role

You'll support the General Manager or Store Manager in achieving sales goals and directing daily store operations as a Manager on Duty. You'll inspire customers on their culinary journey while ensuring merchandise standards and team performance. This role offers the chance to develop leadership skills in a premium kitchen retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support training and hold employees accountable to service standards.
• Model and enforce Sur La Table policies and SOPs.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to employees.
• Direct employees to maintain stock levels and visual standards.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Proficient in POS Systems.
• Some experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• May require Food Handlers Certification.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a Sur La Table Sales Associate.
• 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
