💼 About This Role

You'll manage payroll accounting and GL reconciliations for Lyft's US and international entities. Your work will ensure accurate month-end close and support SOX compliance. This role offers hybrid flexibility with exposure to Workday and Oracle systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and book payroll related journal entries
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts
• Perform month-end, quarter-end and year end close
• Support SOX compliance-related projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 1+ years of payroll accounting experience
• 3+ years of General Ledger accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, ADP Globalview
• Experience with automation of tasks
• Proven ability to work independently
