Requirements

• 14+ years in production, project management, or operations leadership in global agency
• Track record managing delivery for $20M+ portfolios
• Experience architecting global operating models and standards
• Experience leading large-scale change management
• Fluency with AI tools and embedding AI in delivery operations

Responsibilities

• Lead production and project management across disciplines and regions
• Monitor project health, mitigate risk, and own escalations
• Drive productized, repeatable delivery models to reduce complexity
• Define scopes of work to protect teams, timelines, and margin
• Partner with Finance on operational modeling and margin management
