You'll join UASI's CDI consulting team to improve clinical documentation quality and accuracy. Your work directly supports accurate coded data and regulatory compliance. This fully remote role offers collaborative growth and top pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review medical records for completeness and compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and coders on documentation.
• Identify documentation improvement opportunities.
• Formulate compliant physician queries.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of CDI experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and coding guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office, email, VPNs, and video conferencing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 3M and Epic.
• CDI certification preferred.
